Enterprise Portal
About Enterprise Portal
A “one stop shop” for everything that needs to be done on any given day, the Enterprise Portal Project will serve as a centralized digital gateway for all students, faculty and staff. Currently in development, it’s being created in a thoughtful and purposeful way that will optimize internal communications and highlight your access to academic, financial, and campus life services.
The enterprise portal will serve as a centralized digital gateway for students, faculty, and staff, improving access to academic, financial, and campus services. By enhancing communication and user experience, this project supports student success and operational efficiency—key components of Pillar IV of the Strategic Plan.
Campus Benefits
You can expect internal communications to be delivered in smart, context-aware messaging tailored to your university location, role, and behavior. Automated nudges will keep communications timely, relevant, and effective — all through a single, mobile-optimized platform. Consolidated access to university services and applications will be at your fingertips in one centralized location. The Enterprise Portal will include the following resources, among others:
- University-wide communications
- A calendar unifying academic, athletic and community events
- An events platform to stay aware of campus life
- Safety alerts and emergency notifications
- Access to Sakai learning management system
- Real-time class schedules and academic information from LOCUS
- Library resources and research tools integrations
- Key academic dates and deadline management
- Interactive campus maps and wayfinding
- Dining services with real-time menus and nutrition
- Parking management and transportation services
- Sporting events and ticket purchasing
